We at Denkpause are creating a short film on the banks of the Yamuna river in Delhi. This is a three day shoot and the crew involves Arnav Bahuguna (director of photography), Gauransh Tripathi (scriptwriter) and a few theatre actors that have trained with the National School of Drama in Delhi.
Sumit Bishnoi was one of the actors that performed for this short film and has worked with Sukhmanch theatre under renowned theatre practioner Shilpi Marwa and was also a part of the theatre team of Delhi College of Arts & Commerce, Delhi University. Tushar Mishra who also had a role in the short film has been a part of theatre workshops conducted by the roots India official and also Third Space Collective.
We had chosen this location as it suits the script very well. We shot using black magic pocket cinema camera and two lenses: Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 and Canon 18-55 mm F/3.5-5.6.
